What happens on day 8?
Your subscription starts at $199 per month and the card you gave at signup is charged. If you cancel before then, from inside your account, you pay nothing. There is no free tier to fall back to: an account that is not converted stops publishing and loses access to automation. Your data is kept, so picking it up later starts where you left off rather than from scratch.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. Stripe holds a card when the trial begins and does not charge it until day 8. Holding it up front means the subscription continues without you re-entering anything, and it keeps the trial to people genuinely evaluating the product.
Is there a free plan?
No. There was one, and it did not serve people well: accounts sat on it without ever seeing what the product does at full strength, which is where the value actually shows. The 7 day trial is the whole product on your own data instead.
Is GST or VAT included in these prices?
Prices exclude tax. Stripe Tax calculates and adds the correct local amount at checkout, including Australian GST at 10% and EU VAT.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation call. If you cancel, access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
